How fast can someone come out?
Most non-emergency jobs are scheduled within 24–48 hours. Emergencies — burst pipes, sewage backup, no water — are dispatched the same day, typically within 2–4 hours depending on your location.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
A standard call-out fee applies for the initial visit and diagnosis. It's waived in full if you go ahead with the recommended repair.
Is the price fixed before work starts?
Yes. After diagnosing the issue on-site, we give a fixed quote in writing before any repair work begins — no hourly surprises on the final invoice.
Can you handle plumbing for a full renovation?
Yes — our plumbing division works directly with the JH Renov build team, so rough-in and fixture plumbing is scheduled around the rest of the renovation rather than booked as a separate job.
Are your plumbers licensed and insured?
Every job is carried out by a state-licensed plumber, and all work is covered under our $2M general liability policy. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
